I am required to provide identification documents for the purpose of identity verification and personal account security;
The identity document I am using for identity verification (including the ID for the CMLink number) can only be used to apply one CMCC number;
The video submitted herewith is only used for verification of my personal identification documents and will be deleted within a reasonable period of time after the completion of such verification;
My personal data involved in the real name authentication (except for the video mentioned herein) may be transferred to CMI headquarters for “1-card-multiple-number” real name authentication in accordance with the relevant applicable local laws and regulations.
