How to Switch to CMLink eSIM?
Step 1
We recommend you to check whether your device supports eSIM before making the switch. You can refer to our list of commonly used/popular eSIM-compatible devices in Singapore to see if your phone/tablet is supported.

You can contact our 24/7 customer service hotline at 1602 (within Singapore) or +65 8870 0086 (outside Singapore), or send an email to cssg@cmlink.com. Alternatively, you may visit our service centre located at JEM, #04-04.
Step 3
Once the eSIM application is confirmed, you will receive an email for eSIM activation to proceed with registration and activation steps.
Step 4
After successful activation, eSIM will appear on your device. Please set it as the main SIM to ensure a smooth user experience.
